Hello everyone! Now that summer is finally upon us I'm feeling a renewed sense of energy and excitement about the months ahead. I've got a few new things going on I'd like to tell you about.
50 Smoking Licks for Rock and Metal Lead Guitar - Check it out here!!
This is a new downloadable guitar instructional book I've recently completed with my friend and co-guitarist Paul Tauterouff. In it we teach you 50 licks in style of the rock and metal greats.
Some are easy and some are quite challenging. We not only teach you the licks but also how to use them and create licks of your own!
NEW CD
I've currently begun writing and recording for the follow up to Storming the Castle. Ideas are starting to come together and I'm excited to see where it all leads. You can expect another batch of melodic, epic hard rock /metal tunes with just the right amount of shredding guitars. I anticipate a late 2009/early 2010 release.
NEW BAND
I'm in process of putting together a band featuring original music from Storming the Castle, plus new stuff and possibly a few well chosen cover tunes. This is still in the formative stages but you can
expect to see some shows later this summer and definitely this fall. If you live in the Portland/ Seattle area we want to see you! Stay tuned for dates and venues.
CLINIC TOUR
I'll be doing a guitar clinic tour across the midwest and east coast with a bunch of cool guys this September. Details are still being finalized but will be made public very soon. I hope to see many of
